Punta ka sa PS tap mo yung Pic mo or Initial then tap mo yung little arrow sa right tapos select "add another account." Pag naka login na new email pindut uli Pic or Initial then tap "Payments & Subscriptions" then chose "Payment methods" finally tap "Add credit or debit card."

Also another way you can link the CCN on PayPal and then link PayPal to your PS.
