sir kung ang issue mo is hindi ka makatawag or makapag text pero nakaka receive ng text or tawag , same situation po tayo.. bili na lang ho ng bagong sim

Happened to me. I called customer care rep, it was fixed. I dont recommend buying new one especially if your family and friends contact you on that number.
