Pa help naman po after ko mag reset ng pc ko windows 10 biglang hindi na gumana yung mouse may ilaw naman yung mouse pero hindi gumagana at yung keyboard gumagana naman. Ano po dapat kung gawin?

Download ka po ng USB driver na compatible sa widows mo.

or check mo don sa setting yung update windows driver tas mag sesearch yon through online

usb naman ata yan at hindi ps2 port. nasubukan na bang ilipat sa ibang usb port na available? may inistall ka bang app na kailangan ireset ang pc? baka nagconflict sa driver ng mouse.
