🔒 Closed (EG8245H5) Main Router and Extended Router (NBG-416N). Cant access the portal of router extender

Good day mga master. Need help po.

Im using (EG8245H5) as the main router and NBG-416N as a router extender. Sa Main router nababasa si Extender as 192.168.100.48 and ok naman ang net nya, problem ay once na i access ko ang configurtion portal ng 192.168.100.48 using connected to Main router ganto lumalabas

This site can’t be reached​

192.168.100.48 took too long to respond.


Ping is working naman sa cmd. Tia po sa makakatulong

ipconfig ka po sa cmd to check kung ano gateway nung 2nd router, kelangan po connected ka sa 2nd router.

disable mo ung DHCP ng 2nd router ( NBG-416N) mo ts, tapos wag sa WAN port mo isaksak. sa may LAN port dapat.
