PHHi po mga boss. Nagtry po ako kaninang 10:49am na iport yung TM ko to Globe Prepaid using Globe One app, after ko po nung OTP part tas nagnext ako sa may Eligibility check page, biglang nagaomething went wrong. Tas after mga 5mins nawalan na ng signal TM ko. Kinontak ko Globe sa Twitter sabi nila processing na daw and within 24hrs daw. Pero sabi sa guideline realtime to 4hrs max yung processing. Sino po nakaexperience ng ganto? Thanks po!
