Ohhw you are using Via ? Would you mind to change the user agent on it to nokia ?
And anong browser ung okay na nigamit mo ?
Kaya mahal rin kita ehTry mo tol PHC Keep-Alive User agent ng Nokia Browser + X-Forward mo, ganyan kase ginawa ko dati nung may Cap yung config ko lulalagpas ng 5Mbps yun.. oh di kaya ung isa w8

Bulok GTM sa area namin tol, tae na E - H+ lng ang potek 1bar pa minsan hahaha..kaya lahat kami dito SMART Telco
Parehas lang tayo tol, kaya nga diko sure kung ilan nga ba ang speed ng sinasabi nilang no cap, kasi tae rin talaga signal dito kapag ordinary data lang gamit ko 1mbps lang, pag ka may vpn na gamit 0. Mbps bumababa na, malalaman ko rin kapag cap at no cap, kasi pag no cap may net pero pag cap wala HAHAHAH kaya diko trip loadan si globe umay sa kanyaAy sana may GTM pa ako noh
