pag marami iniisip, massage mo ulo mo para marelax ka..
Tsaka may minamasahe pang part ng katawan mo its either feet or hands para marelax ka at mbawasan stress mo.
Ginagawa ko yang pg hirap ako mtulog.. effective naman

mahirap nga talaga yan, pero try mo din mag music tapos relax mo lang isipan mo
Try mo mat take ng melatonin makakatulong yun paraa makatulog ka agad🖤

Okey na mga Sir/Ma'am, tamang yoga lang ako... nag search ako.. effective naman
