❓ Help Smart Postpaid Problem

May Smart Postpaid ako naka unli data/call and text, nag change ako ng phone from 4G to 5G, naputol bigla ung postpaid, nagcheck ako may unbilled charges na lumabas worth Php 2k+, naka on ung data 5G signal, before 4G lang wala naman unbilled charges.

Any similar experience?
