Globe and TM Mobile Customers

In preparation for the NTC-mandated Mobile Number Portability (MNP) official launch on September 30, Globe along with the other operators will implement a network activity on September 23, 12:00mn to 3:00am. During this time, our Globe customers may experience difficulty in making calls and text to other networks. Mobile data will continue to be available, so our customers can still use any messenger apps to communicate, such as WhatsApp, Viber and Messenger. Our customers will also still be able to make calls and send SMS to other Globe customers.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
