depende kung ano target mo. kung legs at core at fat burning walang problema. pero kung ang gusto mo magpalaki ng katawan, wag cycling ahah.
 
Effective magpataba ang whey protein, sabayan mo ng kain.. parang 3 types ata ang whey nakalimutan ko lng,tinatamad na rin ako maggoogle.hahaha..pasearch nalang.. at maganda tlga ang whey kapag ngbabike kasi dagdag lakas at mabilis makabawi ang katawan sa pagod at muscle recovery..
