PHDo you have any idea where I can get GeoJson / KML / KMZ / Shape files for Active Typhoons for the Philippines?

While it is good, I am looking for an API or a stable link where it can able to fetch automatically "ACTIVE" storms. In gdacs.org for every "event" or typhoon there is different link. I was hoping if there is a link where it will automatically fetch active typhoons.
Additionaly, if possible there is GeoJson / KML / KMZ / Shape files based on PAGASA's forecast.
Or if you have any idea on how I can extract the shapefiles for the following:
