❓ Help Connection failed

Meron po akong globe tattoo na wifi, nka openline sya, tapos nag insert ako smart prepaid sim, nagamit ko for 1 day using yung unli na nxb15, pero ngayon pagkatapos ko register sa nxb80 walang ng internet connection yung wifi. Sabay nakusulat sa 192.168.8.1 na "Connection failed. Check your account balance and try again. If the problem persist, contact your service provider."
Nkakasend and recieve po ako ng message pero d mkanet.
Nag balance ako at meyron pang 20php natira at nkalagay na 1week pa expiration ni nxb80.
Help po sa nkakaalam pano mag ayos nito. Thanks PHC in advance

D ko po a try. Nasira kasi lalagyan ng sim ng smartphone ko. Pero sa pc no internet acces nkalagay
