May blocking pa rin kahit may promo na unli. Kaya dapat huwag abusuhin.
Subject parin ito sa Terms and Conditions ng Telcom.

So bawal pa rin mag download ng big files like torrent movie download, etc. Dapat sa mga legit sites lang na hindi blocked listed ng network.
