power supply - i think good
motherboard - good
ram- good
video card - i dont think so.
built in VGA already try.
processor - good

ano pa kaya pwede gawin?

The usual suspect ram(re-seat, not the same frequency, slot issues, defective ram), kung dedicated graphics card naman gamit mo, either mali yung source mo or try removing sa pcie slot tapos
salpak ulit.

Tama yung comment ng nauna. Try mo din tanggalin muna gpu then built in graphics ka muna. Pag gumana baka gpu na may problema
