🔒 Closed My samsung J7 wont connect to Mobile Data

Hi.. i just got my Samsung J7 last Dec. 30.. features are superb! However, Mobile Data which i needed most when im not home, would not work.. even I turned it on, its still not working.. please.. please.. please help..

may warranty pa naman yan po ibalik niyo nalang yan sa binilhan niyo at sila na mag pa connect hehe

agree ako kay master boss, hwag mo muna kalikutin kasi baka ma void ang warranty at lalo ka mag karoon ng problema

Yeah I agree, use your warranty privilege...but have you tried resetting your Phone into Factory Settings...
