mga papsi pa help naman about sa pocket wifi ko galing mismo sa smart online store.
nung nabili ko sa wala namang issue pero nung isang linggo mejo na ulol na sya.
nag fre freeze tapos kailangan i restart yung pocket wifi o di kaya bigla bigla kanalang i didisconnect tapos pag titingnan mo sa pocket wifi nakaconnect ka parin.
napapakamot ulo nako dito kasi napaka hassle lalo na`t online class

Openline mo sya at downgrade mo sa yt marami about sa issue na yan sir

Change mo fw nyan.. downgrade ka sa stable at ma openline mo din if yun gamit mo na firmware.. v9 or v10 na firmware

Return it back to them if it's still covered by warranty otherwise the issue will just keep coming back. You won't be able to fix the problem if the issue is thee pocket WiFi itself.
