Di po ko na mabuksan ang cellphone ko na huawei y-511, ang hard reset chinese naman at di rin factory deafault. ano po kaya best remedy dito. any tutorial to reformat huawei or applications. thanks

1.turn off your phone
2.remove battery for atleast 10sec's then insert again
3.press volume up then power button
4.wait till custom recovery appears
5.use volume up and volume down for navigation and power button as OK button
6.choose clear cache then wipe data factory reset
7.then choose reboot..
