🔒 Closed alcatel 4033e battery not charging

Mga masters,
Pa tulong po ako sa alcatel 4033e na gamit ko, ayaw kc ma charge ng battery pero working naman ung battery bolt sa status bar. Sinubukan ko ichrage ng clip ung battery at na charge naman.. Ayaw din po sa iabang charger.. Tnx po!!
