🔒 Closed Random window pops up in random times and startup

Ilang buwan nang ganito computer ko may lumalabas na (cmd-type) window everytime na maglalaro ako tas lumalabas din sa startup. Ang hirap iscreenshot ang bilis lumitaw tas ang bilis din mawala. Sa ilang buwan na ganito computer ko na timingan ko na pindutin yung window tas screenshot, kaya ko na rin I exit manually. Ang di ko lang kontrolado is yung paglubog litaw niya. Nung nakita ko na may text sa window which is file location pala niya hinanap ko. Nalaman kong system file pala. Okay lang ba na I delete ko yung file? May ganito din ba kayong file? Corrupted kaya to? Masisira ba computer pag dinilete ko to?

na try ko na bitdefender kaspersky at windows with full scan every other day pero wala pa rin. Kahit alam ko kung nasan yung file which is (C or local disk) na try ko din selective scan pero wala pa rin
