kung low end, recommnend ko sayu Wondershare Filmora, as of now medyu malag sya sa budget pc ko with Intel Celeron and 4gb ram no dedicated GPU though pero nakakapagedit naman ng basic.

Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 pwede, sa video filmora 8 or 9 pwede na din. Pwede mo naman yan hatiin kong ilan yong icoconsume na ram ng gagamitin mo, sa photoshop meron non ewan ko lang sa filmora.

wait Adobe Creative Cloud is a clutter when it comes to spec usage, i mean he could used Photoshop CS5 or CS6 for that mentioned as it can frame edit and then export to movie, suggesting that TS should use vice versa photo/video editor at the same time.

What I'm trying to say is that it can be run on his/her rig. Wala naman akong sinabing magiging stable or smooth pag ginamit.

Kong gusto nya naman maging stable at smooth kahit papano, dapat yong photoshop lang nag rarun para yun lang yong mag coconsume ng ram.
