Inconsistencies are one of the major problems of the Executive Branch. They can't hide it from the public's eyes and ears. That's why the opposition always takes advantage of that mistake just to make some noise that leads to nowhere.
Harry Roque is intelligent, but known for his discrepancies as palace spokesman. He looks smart, but talks faster than his brain can comprehend, so he's often caught with his blunders without him knowing it. And people/ even reporters are always waiting for that moment to criticize him. He can't fool everyone.

Better start playing the old Angry Birds versions again (not the 2012 spin-off)..... beating the "Bad Piggies". You'll know what I mean, he he.
