Call CSR. They might ignore you like 50/50 chance Tell them you didn't receive H+ even you have data usage and balance while other sims is working on the same device.

oo kaka load ko lang 100 kaya need mo nun para maactived yong roam on mo tas roam off mo pag tapus tas restart mo phone mo tas wait mo mag actived for 5 minutes at ROAM on mo ulit para malaman kung actived na kung ok na open data muna sya and happy bugging

nablock ako kahapon nag unblock ako kagabe gamit ang roam on tapos kanina nablock ulit tapos ngaun pag nag roam on at roam off ako ang text lang saken. "Prepaid Roaming will be deactivated in a few minutes. Thank you for using our service" yan text saken e isang oras na nakalipas mula nung nag txt saken ng ganyan pero wala parin data
