❓ Help Can't Post Comments in PHC?

Why I can't post comments specifically to some Postings here in PHC?
It always saying... "You have insufficient privileges to reply here."
Do I need to be established first or do any requirements?
LAst month pa ata ako nakapag-Post successfully
Need po help?!

Dko po alam pero ngaun nkareply en quote pako message sa inyo.
Yun nga may mga ilang post d2 ndi ako mkapag-Post comment man lng?!
Selected ba un o tlgang binablock nila?? I'm not sure po???
