I have been using the ac†ïvâ†ør shared in that thread for several months now and it's the best I've used (so far).

already tried na ga avail dito even cracked file every time na ioopen ko laging nag aapear na blocked yung IDM kahit install/uninstall ko ulet..

That's weird, I tried the suggestion above and it worked great in the latest version... no nags/detections/locked etc.
