Check if your sim is 4g compatible, then if it is. Then Go to settings, mobile networks, 4g service (or Data network mode, depends on Phone) then Use, 4g(LTE) only, or if there's no such option, press, LTE preferred,
then pag ayaw parin xD, baka di 4g supported area mo. Hope I was able to help.
