This is really included in the folder, but upon download this will not be included because Google is tagging this as malicious (not sure of the correct term). We are unable to download the file from Drive.

SOLUTION / WORKAROUND:

Sign in to your own Google Drive and "Make a copy" of the ZIP archive to your GDrive. Then you will be able to download it.

You will be greeted with the following dialog box/prompt


Click on "DOWNLOAD INFECTED FILE" to proceed with the download (file download will be captured by IDM)



Or you can simply get it from this link below (Dropmb, no password)
