🔒 Closed Stucked on repair/black screen with cursor

Sa mga master patulong po. Wala ng option na iba mga boss wala na recovery mode nya stucked on diagnosis at kung pindutin ko man f12 minsan black screen tapos cursor lang na labas. Papa foformat ko na lang sana sa labas kaso wala ako idea magkano pro baka magawan pa ng paraan sa may alam dyan na mga master any tips?? Salamat.

Sira po ibang keys sa keyboard kaya di din uubra yung ctrl +p arrow keys etc.

MAy plano kaba irecover sir ung mga files mo bago iformat?

If that's the case download either a WINPE Image ISO or a Linux Based ISO like Ubuntu. gawin mo lang bootable drive then iboot mo to get your files.

Boss basta maayos lang kahit hindi na ma recover yung files ok lang.meron ba nyan tutorial? Salamat

If plan mo lang po reinstall windows 10 download mo lang ISO file from Microsoft

Download mo yung tool muna by clicking yung 'Download tool now' and pag ni run mo po yun sa mga succeeding options select mo windows 10 version that you want then you need to choose download ISO file para sa actual windows 10 installer to download.

Pag na download na po file you can use RUFUS to make a bootable usb; download mo lang rufus to make the bootable usb installer.

Then you could proceed to boot na po back sa original pc mo to the reinstall process, the downside is that you would obviously need another working pc to do all of this po. Cheers.
