Hi mga boss pa help naman po lenovo a850 ayaw kasi mag update ng mga installed apps ko sa playstore (error 491) na clear cache/clear data na lahat ng google nag wipe cache narin ako at delete google account base yan kay google. Yesterday dinala ko sya sa technician ang sabi ifformat daw yung buong cp. i try hard reset ganun parin. Hopefully may tumulong thanks in advance
