Download & extract MRT Dongle 3.19 to your computer.
run MRT Dongle key *****,
Run Loader_MRT-Key.exe.
copy the hardware key MRT Dongle *****
Now a new hardware ID will popup, copy it.
Run the MRT 3.19 ******.exe.
run MRT Dongle ***** ******
Paste the hardware ID in the ****** tool.
paste MRT Dongle ***** ******
Click Generate.

Copy the generated Serial Number.
copy the serial no to MRT Dongle *****
Paste the Serial key into the Registered key box.
click here to register
Click “Click here To register”.
That’s it.

Now close the tool and reopen again.
