guyz hingi lang ako tip sa inyo tungkol sa work nasuspindido kasi ako work
ng 1 week labo naman kaso ko sa kanila pala absent daw
kayo ano sa tingin niyo babalik pa ko sa work or hindi na..... kasi naiisip ko lang na
ayaw na nila sken kaya lang ako sinuspindi.

If di ka naman masyado pala-absent kahit na umabsent ka once or twice they will still forgive you. Suspension means siguro napapadalas ang absences mo. Dont get me wrong ah. I'm not telling na kasalanan mo it's just that they're just doing what's on the contract that you signed beforehand.

You should know already that suspension would be one of the consequences if pala-absent ka.

I might say na don't leave your company yet, just do something about it next time. Make up to your boss or supervisor. Mahirap maghanap ng work sa ngayon, pandemic at wala msyado hiring.
