It's your money, you can withdraw as much as you want. There is no legal requirement that you keep any minimum amount in an account. Of course, the bank may have a minimum balance requirement to avoid a fee, but that's the bank's rule, not a law. And if you take your account down to zero, the ban may close the account after a pre-defined period of time. At the end of the day, it's your money, not the bank's.
 
Yung mga initial deposit, hindi mo po pwede basta basta kunin lahat yan. As per instruction dun sa bangko, once na kinuha mo yan at walang natira, automatic for closer na agad yung account mo.
 
Kung ang tanong mo ay kung maari mo ba siya makuha or availble ba siya sa atm mo para makuha. Siyempre pwse mo kunin. Pero kung ang tanong mo kung mag close ba ang account mo pag kinuha mo. Yes mag close siya, dun kasi kumikita ang bangko sa pera natin na dinedeposito kasi yun ang pinapahiram nila sa mga tao na nag loan sa kanila ang pera ng mga depositor at mga nag time deposit kaya tigan mo may maturity period ang time deposit.
