Solution1: Forced remove Office2019 using Office Uninstaller (link below), and Install Office2019 following the above instructions. Activate using abbodi1406's KMS_VL_ALL_AIO script. Visit this thread and look for Offline Activat0r. Once activation is done, open any office app, click Account, click Update Options, select Disable Updates.

Solution2: Those who don't want to reinstall and lose the current setup can try these script to change the update channel to Production::MEC | MonthlyEnterprise
Run this script as admin
