🔒 Closed Systems malfunctioning.

Hey guys, um, I've got an issue and it goes a little something like this:
My computer's Command Processor goes "Windows Command Processor has stopped working".
I don't know why but I have already tried many suggestions on fixing it but none worked. It would be a pleasure if anyone here could help me.
