hello po newbie lang here . .ask ko lang po mga master

i am using modem tapos nka reg ako sa GS99 then sinabayan ko ng gotscombokea36 so may 1gb ako for 1 month pwede ko bang gamitin dito c proxifier pra ma bypass ko yung 1gb?
