🔒 Closed Help: Adobe Photoshop 2021 v22.4.1 "Could not complete your request because of a program error"

I downloaded the adobe photoshop 2021 from here:
After installing, then running, di ako maka edit/open/do anything, tapos may error sya na ganito:

I tried searching for solutions online, may nakita ako na option to disable graphics card on device manager.
I successfully opened and created a new file on the program:

I tried accessing the preferences in this configuration, dati hindi ko ma open dahil sa program error
I can access the general preferences now, pero yung sa performance hindi nagbabago pag click ko:

kung i oopen ko naman directly via Edit > Preferences > Performance, bumabalik sa error nung naka on ang graphics card ko:

I need quick solutions here, please. Nauubos na mobile data ko kakadownload ng iba't ibang versions ng photoshop. Thanks.

open photoshop > Edit > Preferences > Performance > Uncheck Use Graphics Processor > then restart Photoshop

SOLVED: Found the culprit: nirename ko ang sniffer.exe to sniffer_old.exe sa C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021 tapos gumawa ako ng bagong sniffer.exe na walang laman. Gumagana na ang photoshop without disabling graphics card:
