Mga lods, hindi pa rin ba advisable ang i-defrag ang mga SSD???

Opo, symptoms cause decrease the SSD's lifespan.

Mas better na wag mo nalang gagawin yan.. Always optimal naman klase yung SSD.

pag ung trim lods, ok lng ba?

Pwede naman, as cleaning yung mga clutter ng files(unused) sa SSD can improve performance..

TRIM doesn't obviate the need for garbage collection—it works with garbage collection to more properly mark pages as stale. And you don't need TRIM for garbage collection to work—but TRIM makes an SSD's garbage collection more efficient."
