Things Necessary:
VPN: Any VPN that has Germany
Browser: DDG, Google Chrome etc.
Steps:
1. Connect to Germany using VPN
2. Open Browser and make three tabs for it
3. First tab, go to Netflix and do a complete Sign Up

4. Choose the Plan you want ( I prefer the Premium Plan with 15.99) and get started
5. Go to the billing and choose Direct Debit
6. In the 2nd tab, visit You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. . Use the details found there (street adress, city, and postal code) and input them in your netflix input box. You can use any random names and DOB (Date of Birth). Leave the IBAN empty to use for the 3rd tab
7. In the 3rd tab, visit You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and generate any IBAN code. You can use either France or Italy (as no other country will be able to bypass otp) and paste the code in the IBAN input box in Netflix
8. Click Start ρáíd Membership and see the magic works.
It will ask you to enter mobile number for password recovery, don't put any number just click on continue.
