Hello! gusto ko lang mag tanong sa mga laptop techie jan, My laptop specs: HP Laptop, Intel i58265u base Clock 1.60ghz max boost 3.60ghz, 16gb ram,

my question is bakit po pag nag lalaro ako or nag eedit using Adobe premiere, Adobe after effects etc.. nag throttle yung Clock speed nya from 3.60ghz down to 1.58ghz
is it normal sa mga laptop? and kadalasan naman nag tthrottle sya to 0.40ghz yan ang pinaka worse, kelangan ko pa i close lahat ng apps para lang magbalik sa normal clock speed nya. KAHIT PINA REPASTE KO NA still the same.
