Hello guys, may tanong ako sa mga may call center experience na jaan?

1. Pwede ba ang hindi college graduate mag-apply?
eg. senior high students

2. aside sa resume anong requirements ang kailangan dalhin sa pag apply ng walk in ?

3. Anong mga software ang kailangan aralin?

4. Topics na kailangan i-research?

5. Aling mga company ang tumatanggap ng non-graduates without work experience?

6. kung pwede, aling mga ticketing software ang ginagamit nyo aside sa Zendesk, Kayako etc...

7. What should we expect as the starting salary? And what is the lowest salary that we should accept?

8. If ever, by a stroke of some ungodly luck, we got accepted or passed the initial interview. What should we be looking for or be wary of, in the contract?

9. Lastly, what should we expect sa work environment?
What are the things to expect and take note of sa co-workers?

7. Lowest entry level (my starting salary is 12k at my first bpo company)
9. Not all sites/company are perfect, just be yourself. Sometimes, may mga employees na medyo ma-attitude just learn not to be a onion-skinned person, but always remember na may limits din ang jokes/profanity so learn how to protect yourself.
