❓ Help HELP: UNBLOCK TNT SIM

Pede po patulong iunblock TNT sim ko po.
Twice na po sya nablock.. first, naunblock ko using SAMPLE
pero ngayon pangalawang block na nya.. ayaw na gumana ng ket ano
