It appears that an unauthorized party was able to login to the E×ρréššVPN website using your username and password. We believe this happened because the attacker used a list of email addresses and passwords that were stolen from other websites, tried those on E×ρréššVPN’s website, and realized that they could login successfully to E×ρréššVPN with your credentials copied over from another site.

Fortunately, the impact is limited. The attacker could have used your license for E×ρréššVPN simultaneous connections, but your payment credentials are safe, and the attacker does not have access to any of your devices. Furthermore, as E×ρréššVPN does not keep connection or activity logs, access to your account does not reveal any information about your online activity.

To protect your account, we have reset your web password and generated a new license activation code.
