If just within your network, Pag sa PC\Laptop, through cmd. Type ping -a ip address. If third party application, try mo Advanced Ip Scanner, Proxy Master. Hello Sir, based sa sinabi mo, I think you're looking for your web server name/ host name. Im not that sure since di mo rin inindicate kung sa anong IP ang 45.60.166.66, is it an IP Address of a web server or just an IP of your Phone/PC or what. Kindly check this basic commands on command prompt (nslookup, tracert, ping) hopefully it will help you with your concern. Thanks.
