Ano ba problema ko? Mahina ako sa mga aggresive type na kausap. Nagtanong lang ako ng price ng item tas biglang nag vc di tuloy ako makatanggi yun nabili ko sa halagang 500 (buti na lang dummy fb gamit ko kasi nahihiya ako tumangi o magtanong ng price tas di ko bibilhin) . May oras din na ayaw mo bumili kaso nahihiya ka pag di mo binilhan hahaha. May communication disorder din ata ako? Kaya tinry ko mag omeggle sabi ng kaibgan ko pero nahihirapan lang ako mag isip ng sasabihin hahaha.

for me sir, hindi dahil nahihiya ka sa mga nakakausap o kumakausap sayo at hindi rin dahil sa communication disorder kundi natatakot ka at hindi ka confident sa sarili mo. Sabi nga nila "You are more than you think ". So okay lang po na tumanggi kung nahihiya, at you need to stand up for yourself para sa future na ikaw. Hope na makatulong

Try to stand firm in saying NO even once. If you're successful this will empower you and give you the confidence you need but you have to get a win. The FB group is a good place to start

first, ilang taon ka naba?
second, watch k ng mga videos sa youtube ng taong tumatanggi..
third, or go to some malls and spy for those people na nabili sa tyangge or any sort of then tumanggi..pwede rin sa youtube manuod ka.

fourth , panoorin mo siya everyday as therapy.

Ang weakness lang natin mga introvert ay ang masyado tayong mabait at mapagkkaatiwalaan. To the point na na expirience ko na mabudol budol sa sobrang tiwalang binigay ko

Be careful who you deal with. Wag basta basta papaloko. May mga introvert naman na cautious pa rin sa paligid nila. Mahirap talaga maging introvert, bihira makipagcommunicate. Pero sana kahit papano maging open ka rin to everyone para alam mo na gagawin mo next time.

Social phobia ata yan. Introvert ako pero di ako ganyan.
Pero ngayon pandemic lamang tayo dahil noon pa man ayaw na natin lumabas ng bahay.
