Meron ba ditong may alam what kind of license yung pwedeng irecommend sa company na bilhin?

ang Requirements nila should be transferrable yung license sa ibang PC pag nasira yung current PC. may ganon bang type windows OS license?

and baka may mairerecommend kayo supplier? ung di madamot sa freebies. hehehehe
