nung nag gygym ako before quarantine advice ng mga instructor pag gusto mo magpalaki ng katawan protein lang at weights. kung gusto mo naman magpapayat mag cardio ka, tulad ng jogging or biking tsaka iwasan mo mga meat kasi rich in protein yun eh. mas prefer kung sagana sa fiber like fruits & vegetables...
 
Stick to healthy food, iwas sa mga oily at maalat. Also if you're working out, focus ka sa cardio and HIIT (High intensity interval training) Kung magcacalorie counting ka, try to go with 1600-1700 calories a day, tapos kung sasabayan mo ng workout, tuloy tuloy yan ts!
 
Walang food na nakakapayat. Ang magagawa mo ay bawasan ang intake ng foods. Since nag gym ka mas maganda consult a nutritionist para maguide ka sa tamang paraan.
 
calorie count lang iha, tas nasa preference mo nalang kung dirty food source or clean food source kakainin mo (although mahihirapan mong mameet caloric requirements mo sa dirty foods)
 
sabi nga nung fitness trainer sa tiktok eat like a dog kung ano kinakain mo everyday un dn kainin mo ..much better sa isang plato andun na carbs protein veggies tpos everyday un kainin mo same amount and content
