Installing Printer Epson L120 hindi ko siya failed to install pag tiningnan sa Devices and Printer nasa Unspecified siya pag inapdate ko siya, failed to install. any idea how to fix this.

What happens when you install the drivers on that CD? Post a screenshot of the error/failure message here.
Just try to download and install the drivers I've posted. They are directly from Epson website support page so those are safe.
