IObit Smart Defrag (Repack & Portable) is a program for defragmenting your hard drive. Works in several modes: manual, scheduled and automatic (defragmentation occurs in the background when the computer is idle).
In the case of using the automatic mode, the program works imperceptibly for the user and system performance. Defragmentation will start when the computer is not actively used or idle.
In the settings, you can specify under what conditions to start and stop the defragmentation process. For example, if the system is idle for 5 minutes, start and stop when the processor load reaches 40%.
Among other things, the program not only defragments files, but also optimizes, organizes their location relative to each other for faster reading.
