🔒 Closed (Windows) Desktop Messenger - Javascript Error [Help]

Mga sirs/ma'ms, pahelp naman kung sino may alam kung bakit di mag open yung desktop messenger sa pc ko, ok naman yung installation e. Salamat in advance, Keep Safe always

Kapag click mo yung OK at hindi nag-open yung app, go to the app's directory and i-"Run as administrator" mo yung app executable. Kung mag-open na siya, i-disable/turn off mo yung "Check for Update Automatically" in the app's menu/setting. Close the app then try to open it again and check kung lalabas pa rin yung JavaScript error.

If above does not work, try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
1. Uninstall the app.
2. Search %appdata% and delete the app's folder.
3. Search %localappdata% and delete the app's folder.
4. Open "Services" and look for Quality Windows Audio Video Experience. Start the service and set Startup type to Automatic.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Reinstall the app.
7. Disable/turn off "Check for Update Automatically" in the app's menu/setting.
