❓ Help 1gb daily for 5 days cannot be consume

I'm using globe prepaid wifi sim for a month now and been using surf4all99 yesterday I load another surf4all99 and was given a 1gb daily for the next 5 days but sadly that 1gb can't be use as it only consume the data from surf4all promo

I took a screenshot at 8am then a few hours later

I'm new on using globe so I might have miss something..
Can someone tell me how I can use this free 1gb that they gave???

did you put your globe at home wifi sim on a mobile phone? because homesurf promos only work when you put the sim on the router itself.

yung wifi sim po ang nasa modem kakabili ko lang nito last april 4 tapos first time ko naka tanggap nito promo ng globe kaso hindi naman magamit gamit naka surf4all 99 ako kasi lugi ako sa homesurf bihira ko lang kasi ginagamit ang wifi
