🔒 Closed HELP! Paano mag refund sa playstore kung mahigit 48hrs na?

Badly needed guys, nakapag subscribe ako sa MyHeritage App ng monthly subs nila na 4900/month. Last April 5 yung mismong araw na nadeduct sa paypal ko yung bayad. Nakalimutan ko kasi na naka connect pala yung debit card ko sa paypal ko. Sana may makatulong sakin

More than 1 week na paps. Hirap ata yan i-refund. Pero pwede ka naman ata magrequest from Paypal directly.

Try ko sir, although may naka chat nako from support google. Nagtry na sila marefund pero wala na daw magagawwa ang google sa end nila. Next option is icontact ang developer, natanggap na kasi ng developer yung bayad once na mag purchased o subs ka sa app nila. ang google ay taga process lang ng transaction.

pero legit naman reason ko at nananiwala yung kausap ko kaya gusto din nila mabalik yung pera ko, contact ko daw sila ulit kung sakaling di ibalik ni developer yung refund. ang laki kasi talaga -_-. di ko rin akalain na may ganung subscription na ako
